At Design Saga we want you to feel that your information is safe with us. One way we can do that is by being transparent as to how we handle your data.
1. What we collect.
When signing up for an account at designsaga.se, we ask for some of your personal information. Information we collect is limited to your name, address, and the subscriptions you have bought. Your billing details does not stay in our system and is instead processed by stripe (https://stripe.com) which is a leading payments provider.
We use beampipe (https://beampipe.io) for analytics. Because of this, there are no analytics cookies involved and we do not track any of your personal information.
2. What we do with the data.
The data is necessary for us to provide our services to you. From managing your domains and websites to providing you the best support you need.
In the event that you cancel your subscription, we delete your data (and this includes your files) automatically from our servers in one month.
3. How we protect your data.
We ensure our servers are protected and that our website runs on industry standard encryption. This means that your data is as safe as can be. We maintain regular backups and only work with providers that take privacy and security as seriously as we do.
4. What rights you have.
If you’d like to cancel your membership or expunge your details from our records you can do that in your account. Once you’ve cancelled your membership, we keep your details for a maximum of 15 days to scrub our servers of your data. Unfortunately, there’s no way to recover this.
